Broke Spokes Community Bike Shop hosted a canned food drive in Lexington today.

It was an Alley Cat style bike race called “Cranksgiving.”

55 cyclists made up their own route that stopped at several checkpoints along the route. At those checkpoints they bought cans of food and boxes of mashed potatoes, stuffing and macaroni and cheese.

All of the food raised will be donated to the Moveable Feast in Lexington.
