The Scott County coroner has reported a 10-month-old boy died Tuesday night at the Georgetown Community Hospital due to swine flu.

He said this is the first death Scott County has seen related to swine flu.

An autopsy confirmed the strain of the flu was in the child's system. Officials said the baby had not been vaccinated.

Funeral services were held for the infant yesterday.
