Coroner Identifies Man Killed In Man o’ War Collision

The Fayette County Coroner has identified the man who was killed in a collision Saturday night.

He said John Trent, 45, died last night at UK Hospital.

Lexington Police said two vehicles collided around 10 p.m.

According to police, a Jeep and Mustang collided at the corner of Man o’ War and Rio Dosa Drive.

Investigators said the driver of the Jeep was thrown from the vehicle.

A toddler was also injured, but officers said they expect him to survive.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
