We're off to a decent start to the afternoon, with clouds increasing as a weak disturbance slides in from the north.  Temperatures will remain a bit below average, peaking around 74 today.  Most places will stay dry, but some isolated, light rain showers will accompany a weak disturbance in the late afternoon and early evening, especially in eastern Kentucky.  Wednesday will also be cool with one more disturbance that may produce some spotty thunderstorms.  Thursday and Friday will be bright and dry with high pressure.  A gradual warming trend will continue, boosting temperatures into the 80s for the weekend.  Saturday and Sunday should be dry in the Bluegrass Area, with only a few isolated thunderstorms in southeastern Kentucky.  By Monday, spotty thunderstorms will return to the Bluegrass Region.
