Company Expansion Creates More Jobs

Lincoln Manufacturing USA LLC’s recent expansion means more jobs for the Stanford area.

The project was aided through funding administered through the Department for Local Government (DLG) and helped create 22 new jobs in the area. DLG Commissioner Tony Wilder joined local leaders and company officials in Stanford recently to make the announcement. 

The $280,000 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) was awarded to Stanford-Lincoln County Industrial Authority to assist with the purchase of new equipment to lease to LML to help support the company’s increased product demand. 

LML is a metal stamping facility that has the ability to make a wide range of parts from simple stampings to close tolerance critical parts. LML has the capability to weld, machine, and deburr parts for the automotive industry. 

LML helps supply products to Ford Motor Company. LML’s expansion was necessary to help meet the product demand from Ford Motor Company for its Ford F-150 Truck, SUV’s and other new 2012 products.
