Richie Farmer didn't file a financial disclosure form with the Executive Branch Ethics Commission, as required.

The form would have covered his last year in office as state agriculture commissioner. It was due April 16th. His lawyer calls it an oversight. The Lexington Herald-Leader says the commission will deal with this during its May 14th meeting, and the newspaper says the state's other constitutional officeholders did file their forms.

All of this comes days after an audit accused Farmer of using taxpayer money on personal items during his time as agriculture commissioner.
