More Kentuckians are going to college or some other kind of post-secondary school.
In Kentucky, more people are going beyond high school to get an education.

New numbers show that more than 300-thousand Kentuckians were involved in some kind of post-secondary education in the fall of 2011. That's one in 11 Kentuckians, 16 years old or older. The report is from the Council on Post-Secondary Education. The council says that's up from 267-thousand in the fall of 2010.

The numbers now include students enrolled in out-of-state institutions that operate in Kentucky, and on-line schools that offer bachelor's degrees.
