Tonight will remain mostly cloudy with scattered flurries.  Cold conditions persist with winds out of the northwest at 5-10 mph.  Overnight lows drop to 24 degrees.  Tommorrow starts out with much of the same.  Cold northwest winds picking up speed to 8-12 mph.  This will keep temeratures cold again around 35 degrees for the afternoon high.  Sunday night is mostly dry with partly cloudy skies, overnight lows drop back down to the mid 20s.  For Monday, partly cloudy to start with clouds building in for the afternoon.  Highs will be slightly warmer as winds shift out of the southeast bringing afternoon highs up to the low 40s.  A rain, snow and possibly sleet mixture will move in after dinner on Monday evening.
