We're less than a week away from the unofficial start of Summer; Memorial Day. State and local police began their annual "Click It or Ticket" campaign. They'll be patrolling highways across the bluegrass looking for drivers and passengers not wearing seat belts. Officers say it's not about giving tickets, but they want people to be aware of how important wearing seat belts can be.
