A Detroit law firm has filed a Class Action Complaint against the Kroger company because of a pet food recall.

The grocery store chain put out a recall in 2010 for 10 brands of pet food in 19 states, including Kentucky.

The concerns had to do with pet food products contaminated with Aflatoxin.

The firm Macuga, Liddle & Dubin, P.C. say their lead plaintiffs' dog died after eating one of the recalled dog foods.
