If you want mulch, Lexington has it.
The city has been collecting yard waste for months, and now has mulch to give away. The giveaway is Saturday, January 14th, and Saturday, January 21st, from eight a.m. to noon each day. But when the mulch runs out, the giveaway is over.
The location is the old city landfill site at 1631 Old Frankfort Pike. Call 425-2255 for more information.
