City Of Georgetown To Give Back Pay To Firefighters

Scott Circuit Court approved a negotiated settlement between the City of Georgetown and firefighters in a dispute over wages that dates back to 2009, according to the Mayor.

Well I hope the checks come faster than the Dead Raccoon that had been rotting on the sidewalk was picked up.I seen/saw it for 3 weeks.Dropped in Mayors office,morning meeting going on.Told by a Woman (worker,visitor,someone getting coffee) they would take care of it.I picked it up the next day myself.Hope the whatever at the Catholic Church and school near gave the Poor fellow it's last rites.Mistake here, varmits have no souls.Do I beleive that? No! School was out at the time.
