City Of Frankfort Sets Halloween Trick Or Treat Hours

The City of Frankfort has set Halloween Trick or Treat hours from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Children under the age of 12 are asked not to wear a mask.
