City Giving Away Free Mulch To Public

Lexington's Division of Waste Management is giving away free mulch Saturday, July 13th and Saturday, July 20th.

The mulch is made from recycled yard waste which was collected by the Division over the past several months.

One pickup truck load will be available for each person from 8:00 to noon or until the supply is gone.

It can be picked up at the old city landfill site 1631 Old Frankfort Pike.
