We're finally seeing the flooding at the Fayette Circuit Courthouse.

A water line break Sunday caused damage from the fourth floor down forcing the building to close.

Some say this flood proves that Lexington and Louisville were right to build separate district and circuit courts.

An inspection report, due Friday, will provide more details about the water line break.

All hearings that were scheduled for this week will be held at the District Courthouse until Thursday.

Hearings will be held at the federal courthouse Friday and Saturday.
