Child Dies After Perry Co. Crash

A ten-year-old died Tuesday at Kentucky Children's Hospital, one day after a crash on Highway 15 in Perry County.

State police say Curtis Ray Watts of Lost Creek was a passenger in a vehicle that crashed into another vehicle on Monday. Police say roads were icy at the time. The child was in the back seat.

The child was flown to a Hazard hospital, then flown to Kentucky Children's Hospital.
