Lexington-area Chick-fil-A restaurants are doing their part to help out the tornado-displaced students of West Liberty Elementary.

Twenty percent of their sales Tuesday will go towards new textbooks.

The effort runs until 10:00 p.m.

"Even though we have a big brand, a big name, we love doing things in our community and helping out," said Chris Wilson, Chick-fil-A's Director of Marketing. "We just want to give back as much as we can."

The goal is to raise $12,000.

You can also make financial donations at participating Chick-fil-A restaurants.
