Charges In Frankfort Business Burglary

Frankfort Police said that Police Detective Jeff Fogg presented evidence to a Franklin County Grand Jury to obtain indictments for two people in connection with the August 19, 2012 burglary of the Whitehead-Hancock Plumbing building at 417 West Second Street.

Frankfort Police said those charged were:
  • Jeffery Thomas Burrell, 33, of Frankfort for Burglary 3rd Degree and being a Persistent Felony Offender.
  • Samantha Robertson Gonzales, 27, of Frankfort, for Complicity to Commit Burglary 3rd Degree.
Frankfort Police said Burrell was lodged in the Franklin County Regional Jail on unrelated charges.

Investigators said some of the stolen property had been recovered.
