Charges have been dropped against a Kentucky State University Quarterback accused of groping a hotel housekeeper in Chicago.
That's according to the Frankfort State-Journal.
A housekeeper accused Martez James last October when KSU was in Chicago for a game.
The newspaper says the housekeeper didn't show up in court so the charges were dropped.
