Charges have been dropped against a couple accused of selling their pick-up truck for a newborn baby, but the grand jury has indicted the mother.

Jaimee and Jeremy Brown were charged with human trafficking for alledgedly accepting Heather Kaminsky's baby in exchange for their truck.

Kaminsky has said these claims are not true, and that Jeremy Brown is listed on the baby's birth cirtificate.

Kaminsky has been indicted on one count of prohibited act in the adoption of children, and one count of posession of meth, according to court officials.

She is being held on a $50,000 cash bond, and is due back in court on September 21.
