Murder charges have been dismissed for 39-year-old Gregory Seldon.

Lexington Police arrested Seldon in November of 2011, six months after the beating death of 57-year-old Dennis Kelly.

Someone found Kelly's body in a duplex on Centre Parkway.

At the time police said they found evidence linking Seldon to the crime scene.

The Grand Jury has now dismissed charges against Seldon without telling the public why.
