The woman accused of selling her baby for a pickup truck now faces a new charge.
The charge against Heather Kaminskey,28, has been amended from 'human trafficking' to 'sale or purchase of a child for adoption.'
Kaminskey remains in jail on a $50,000 dollar bond. She is expected back in court in late August for a preliminary hearing.
