The basketball Cats have locked up three marquee match-ups for the next three seasons...as the Champions Classic was officially renewed today.

UK takes on Michigan State Tuesday in Chicago at 7:30 ET to close out the original Champions Classic series.

Next year it's Kansas in Indianapolis, then Duke in 2014 back in Chicago and State again in 2015 up in New York City.

Despite renewing the tournament, Coach Cal says it actually hurts his team and program because it's so different from year-to-year while the others grow older and wiser.

Hear from Cal on that in the video.
