Practice makes perfect.  At least, that's the old adage.

Coach Cal however, doesn't wholly subscribe to that take on hitting the floor for the entire 20 hours per week allotted by the NCAA.

In fact, his team only uses 15 or so hours per week.

So what's the method behind what many see as madness?
