Coach Cal tweeted earlier today what we knew was fairly certain yesterday.

Freshman forward/center Willie Cauley-Stein did not make the trip to Alabama and will stay in Lexington as he nurses his injured knee.

Last season at Rupp Arena, it was the Tide's tTevors...Lacey and Releford, who combined for 27 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists in a tight game the Cats pulled out 77-71.

This season...UK is playing better away from Rupp Arena according to Cal.

Noting the current conference record of 3-1 includes a 2-0 road slate right now.

So tonight's game should bode well with Cal's theory of conference road prowess at this point.

Check out the video to hear more on the Cats road play.
