Kentucky State Police say a Casey County man is charged with several counts of rape and sodomy.
Michael E. Burt, 62, of Liberty has been arrested and was taken to the Casey County jail.
Burt is charged with 10 counts of first degree rape, and 20 counts of first degree sodomy.
The arrest was made following a complaint to police on Wednesday. Police say the alleged offenses happened between June 2011 and May of this year.
