Carroll County Man Charged In Child Pornography Case

State Police arrested and charged a Carroll County man in a child pornography case.

Investigators said they found a computer in the home of Cody Thomas, 23, of Carrollton, that had more than 100 child porn videos on it that he reportedly was sharing with others online.

State Police said Thomas was charged with Possession of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by a Minor and Distribution of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by a Minor, both Class D felonies.

Thomas was lodged in the Carroll County Detention Center.
