Caregiver Accused Of Killing Her Patient

Police accused a caregiver of shooting and killing her own elderly patient in Knox County.

State Police said Charlene Sue King, 49, is accused of shooting Earl Carter, 75, in his Barbourville home.

Troopers said Carter had been shot more than once.

King was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
