Clouds will thicken this evening ahead of a strong cold front.
This will keep temperatures in the low 60s overnight with a steady southerly breeze.

Sunday will start out dry and windy with south winds around 15-25 mph, gusting to 30 mph.
The cold front will spark afternoon thunderstorms in the Midwest by the late afternoon or evening.
There will be a potential for strong to severe storms with damaging winds being the main threat.

Only a few stray showers will linger in SE Kentucky by Monday morning.
Skies will clear from the west to east with noticeably cooler temperatures.
Afternoon highs will peak in the low to mid 60s.
