John Calipari says Kentucky freshman Alex Poythress will have to play with a high motor to reach his potential this season.

LEXINGTON, Ky. - John Calipari says Kentucky freshman Alex Poythress can be one of the best players in the country - if he plays consistently at a high pace.

Poythress says everything was easy for him in high school because he was usually the biggest player on the court.

Now, Poythress says, he's learning to go hard on every play. Calipari says that will be process that happens during the course of the season.
