LEXINGTON, Ky. - John Calipari tweeted that Kentucky point guard Ryan Harrow left on Wednesday morning with his mother to tend to an issue with his family, he did not expect Harrow back in time for Kentucky's game on Friday.

UK's 81-70 win over Morehead State Wednesday was the third straight Harrow has missed with what was initially described as flu-like symptoms two weeks ago, has developed into fatigue issues and resulted in Harrow losing seven pounds.

In his post-game comments Wednesday, Calipari said tongue-in-cheek, "If I knew more, I would keep it from you."

With a much more serious tone, Calipari added, "We all love the kid. We all want him to do well and I'm trying, we're trying to walk through this. Mom is a little concerned, and he's a great kid, too, and we need him, I mean, we need him. But it's bigger than basketball for me. You want the kid to be right, and you want to make sure in his mind he's right."
