John Calipari is exhausted.  He's beating the recruiting trail and keeping up with old players while trying to get his current team to reach its' potential.

And right now, it just isn't working.

The Cats have lost three games this season (arguably their toughest opponents) and have yet to play with passion and intensity out of the locker room every game for every play.

So what can change?  And does Coach Cal care about his team's excuses preventing their improvement?
