UK may have beaten Eastern Michigan on Wednesday afternoon 81-63, but the Cats came out flat once again.

EMU took the early 4-0 lead on Kentucky, a problem that must be fixed as Cal noted the schedule in the coming weeks: Providence on the road, Baylor in Arlington, Boise State, at North Carolina, Belmont and Louisville.

Another problem that must be fixed, guys getting down in defensive stances on every play.

The solution to the defensive stance situation?  Wall sits in practice with 50-pound weight hand-offs.

More on slow starts and the wall sits from Cal and Aaron Harrison in the video.
