The basketball Cats won the national title back in 2012.

Louisville won it last season.

So this year's game should make for one of the biggest rivalries in college basketball right?

Maybe it won't.

Despite Solid Blue fans and the Cardinals faithful being about as passionate as they come in the country...Cal holds the UK - UofL game isn't as big as all of us in the Commonwealth make it out to be...at least not on the national stage.
