Times change.  No mystery there.

Some people deal with change well...others, stick to their old ways.

Coach Cal used to stick to the same lesson plan at UMass.  The same structure every year for the same guys who were around season after season.  He had returning players who would contribute valuable minutes to the program year after year.  He could stick to the same routine and the same guys would know what's going on.  Sounds good.

Now, Cal has a few select guys who come back...many of those just contributing in practice.

So how has arguably college basketball's best recruiter and master of marketing dealt with change over his coaching years?

Check out the answer in the video!
