Lexington Police said North Broadway and North Broadway Park has reopened after temporarily being shutdown during the Tuesday afternoon commute due to an accident.
Investigators said a scooter ran into the back of a UPS truck around 4:30 p.m.
Police said the man on the scooter was thrown from the bike and was seriously injured.
His name has not been released yet.
