Business Owner Charged With Drug Trafficking

The owner of a Lexington business named "Happy Smell Good" is in jail, charged with trafficking a synthetic drug.

Happy smell good? I'm confused by this name. They must've been on the drugs themselves when they named the place. Great job LPD!!
