The owner of a Lexington business is in jail, charged with drug trafficking.
22-year-old William Markwell was arrested Wednesday evening.
Police say that Markwell is the owner of “Happy Smell Good.”
They say the business was selling the synthetic drug known as “Serenity.”
He is charged with trafficking a synthetic substance.
