Police say it all began on October 20th, when 22-year-old Daryl Lundy kicked in the back door of his uncle's house. He's accused of taking cash and other items from the home.

According to police documents, Lundy had been staying with his uncle and his family, but had been recently kicked out of the home. The documents go on to say Lundy left a message with the victm's daughter after the robbery, saying he took belongings from the house.

But the calls didn't stop there, according to police. They say, Lundy then left three alarming and intimidating voice-mails on the girl's cell phone about the family pressing charges against him for the burglary.

According to police transcripts, one of the voice-mails said, "If you press charges against me and expect me not to do nothing. You're in school, you get out at 3:15, I can just come toward you then cause you're the one gonna put me away for a long time now. I don't wanna do this but i'm gonna have to do this today. Sorry."

Lexington Police say the girl's mother was concerned and reported the calls to authorities.

Lundy was arrested and charged with 2nd Degree Burglary and Harassing Communications. He is currently in the Fayette County Detention Center and is due in court on Thursday.
