Brother & Sister Arrested In Laurel County Walmart Thefts

The Laurel County Sheriff's Office says a woman teamed up with her brother to rip off Walmart.

And they say she did it in front of her three kids.

Deputies arrested Peggy Cochran this morning at the store in southern Laurel County.

Investigators say her brother Larry L. Cochran found an old receipt in the parking lot, then went in and stole the same item.

Deputies say Peggy then took the item and receipt to customer service for a refund.

She's in jail facing charges of theft and endangering the welfare of a minor. 

Larry Cochran is also charged with theft.
