Breaking News: Historic Building Burning In Downtown Richmond

An historic building in downtown Richmond caught fire Tuesday afternoon around 3:00 p.m., according to authorities.

Witnesses described seeing smoke and flames coming from the building.

Main Street and Water Street were temporarily closed so crews could fight the fire.
