A couple accused of harboring illegal aliens, can be let out of jail.
But the Lexington Herald-Leader newspaper says a federal magistrate has several conditions, for that release.
The paper says the Patels can be released if they each post a bond of $12,500.
It says the couple would have to surrender their passports, remain in their home and wear GPS bracelets.
The Patels are accused of harboring illegal immigrants from India, and having them work in their four Subway restaurants in Lexington.
Their attorney says he expects the couple to be released from jail Thursday.
