On Tuesday, October 8, 2013, the Estill County Water District No. 1 issued a boil water advisory for the following areas:
  • South Irvine area
  • Wagersville Road
  • Doe Creek Road
  • Little Doe Creek
  • Middle Fork
  • Jakes Heavenly Highway
  • Barnes Mountain Road
  • Eli Sparks Road
  • Old Landing Road
  • Sugar Hollow Road
  • Mckee Road
  • Lynch Road
  • Grace Chapel Road
Customers in the affected areas should boil their water for cooking and drinking for at least three minutes until further notice effective immediately.
