A body was found in Elkhorn Creek Friday morning in Scott County and investigators are asking for the public's help in identifying it.

The Scott County Sheriff said the body of a Hispanic man was found partially submerged in the creek.

Investigators said they don't know yet if foul play was involved.

They hope an autopsy will help them determine how and why the man died.

The Sheriff estimated the man had been dead about 24-hours.

If you know a Hispanic man who's missing, call the Scott County Sheriff's Department at 502-863-7820.
