Richmond Police said someone stole 30-40 cartons of cigarettes and one bottle of Jim Beam whiskey on September 6, 2012 from the House of Liquor on Big Hill Avenue.
Investigators said sometime overnight the thief got in through a rear window and stole an estimated $1,242 worth of merchandise.
