Governor Beshear has set a special election for December 10th to fill Kathy Stein's seat in the State Senate.

Stein is leaving the General Assembly to be a family court judge.

Beshear also set a special election on the same day for a district in Western Kentucky.

It will determine who will replace State Representative John Arnold.

Arnold resigned after three women accused him of sexual harassment.

He denies the accusations.
