Cincinnati Bengals fullback Orson Charles has been charged with wanton endangerment after he allegedly pointed a handgun at another driver on I-75 South in Madison County.
Berea police said they got a call from a driver claiming that someone had just aimed a gun at him during a road rage incident Monday. After getting consent to search Charles' vehicle, they said they found the gun that matched the other driver's description and put Charles, 23, under arrest.
According to the Madison County Detention Center, Charles' bond was set at $5,000 Tuesday with a pretrial hearing scheduled for April 11 at 9:30am.
Charles is currently in his third year as a member of the NFL and played in 13 games for the Bengals last season, catching one pass for eight yards.
