Accused killer Bass Webb was back inside a Harrison County courtroom today for a change of venue hearing. A judge suspended his trial because a jury could not be seated. Officials say the trial will be moved but a location for the trial has not been determined. Also today, defense lawyers want the judge to rule that the death penalty can not be a possible sentence if Webb is convicted of killing his former girlfriend.
