Authorities say on Monday morning the Central Baptist Hospital contacted the Lexington Police Department in reference to an infant with a skull fracture. Lexington Police say Shawn Greene Jr. took care of the baby for 45-minutes on Sunday. Greene is currently lodged in the Fayette County Detention Center. Police say Greene is not the father of the child but could not tell us the relationship to the infant.
