Autopsy Findings Released For Lexington Homicide

The body of Douglas Saylor, 66, was found at his home on Elsmere Park. Police are investigating his death as a homicide.
Autopsy findings have been released for a Lexington homicide victim.

The Fayette County Coroner says Douglas Saylor, 66, died as a result of "multiple sharp force injuries". The death is being investigated as a homicide.

The Coroner's office is not releasing any more information regarding Saylor's death at this time.

Neighbors discovered Saylor's body Saturday on the kitchen floor of his home on Elsmere Park. Police say neighbors became suspicious after they hadn't heard from him for several days.

Neighbors also noticed that his car had not moved.
